With over 16 years of experience in strategic real estate advisory, I operate at the intersection of investment, financial analysis, and decision-making. Since 2010, I have worked across some of Portugal’s most demanding institutional and private capital environments, supporting investors, developers, and private clients on complex mandates where rigor, risk control, and long-term value creation are non-negotiable.

My background spans leading national and international platforms, including RE/MAX and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where I worked across residential advisory, investment transactions, and urban development. That experience shaped a disciplined approach to structuring complex processes with precision and executing them with full accountability.

In 2020, I founded HHORAS, an independent advisory practice focused on procurement mandates and strategic asset positioning. I work exclusively with investment funds, real estate developers, and private capital structures across residential, logistics, hospitality, and senior living sectors—identifying opportunities, structuring transactions, and protecting capital to ensure decisions are informed, sustainable, and aligned with long-term objectives.

My work is grounded in a strong academic foundation in management and administration, combined with analytical discipline and a management-driven approach applied consistently from asset identification to transaction structuring and due diligence. My track record includes acquisitions and disposals across Lisbon’s prime locations, structured around ROI, IRR, and risk-adjusted return frameworks. I don’t work for volume.
